The following was agreed at the 2026 AGM, the amendment to the rules have been approved by the FCA
8. HONORARY LIFE MEMBERS - AMMENDMENT: 8b.
To ensure continued contact with HLM and Life Members they are required to visit the Club in January each year and pay a fee not exceeding £10 as the Committee may from time to time determine. This is initially set at £1. This will also enable their Membership Cards to be updated.
Any HLM or Life Member not visiting the Club for two years, will be deemed to have resigned their Membership. Extraordinary circumstances will be considered by the Committee.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS 2027
All Subscription Payments MUST be made in the Club, through the till. This automatically updates the membership system.
This will also be the only way to obtain a paper receipt for payment. Standing Orders, Direct Debits and Bank Transfers will no longer be accepted.
